12 day retreat, 6 ayahuasca ceremonies
Yoga, breathwork, meditation, plant dietas, integration talks, coca ceremony, and more!

Ceremony:
Our intimate ceremonies are led by skilled Shipibo curanderos, providing a traditional and safe container for your experience.

We have a maximum of 10 participants in each ceremony and a full team of experienced facilitators on hand to support and guide guests through their processes.

Each guest will get an individual limpieza, or personal healing, towards the end of the ceremony, as well as any personal attention they might require.

Food & Accommodations:
We offer comfortable and secure accommodations in beautiful, natural settings around the world to promote an
ideal environment for personal healing.

Modern bathrooms, clean water, mosquito netting, and hygienic kitchen facilities ensure that you can remain focused
on your ayahuasca work without having to worry about any of the basics.

We prepare delicious meals using fresh and local ingredients to complement your process with a healthy and balanced diet.
You won’t go hungry. We provide plenty of nourishing food.

Please let us know about any restrictions and/or allergies. We are happy to work with you to meet your individual needs.

Support
For Sowa Charana, your safety is our number one concern. That’s why we make sure to keep our ceremony size small and have a two-to-one ratio of guests to staff at all times.

With four highly experienced plant medicine facilitators and one indigenous curandera who has been leading ayahuasca ceremonies for over 40 years, we’ve got you covered.

At our retreats, every one of our guests receives the individual attention they need. No one gets left out. No one gets left behind.

Once your retreat has come to an end, we offer ongoing integration counseling to ensure you continue to get the most out of your time with us.

Classes
During the retreat, there will be plenty of downtime to rest, read, and integrate, as well as optional classes, such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

In our experience, bringing the physical and spiritual body together during a time of intentional healing can
help with integration, grounding, and releasing emotions and traumas stored in the body and the unconscious mind.

If you are dealing with any physical discomfort but would still like to participate, please let us know so we can tailor an adjusted practice to your needs.
